3.1.2 контроль изменений (change control): Процесс, устанавливающий права авторизации, и процедуры, которые используются, чтобы управлять изменениями, совершенными в отношении компьютерной системы или системных данных, или того и другого. Контроль изменений является жизненно важной функцией программы по контролю и обеспечению качества (Quality Assurance, QA) в пределах учреждения и должен быть четко описан в стандартных операционных процедурах данного учреждения СОП (Standard Operation Procedure, SOP).
